 Notice of Closure: 

CenTex Injury and Workers Comp Austin, PLLC (3601 Davis Ln, Bldg. 2, Unit 100, Austin, TX 78749) will permanently close on Friday, December 5, 2025. Our last day seeing patients at that location will be Thursday, December 4, 2025.

Patients may continue care at CenTex Injury and Workers Comp – Pflugerville or by telemedicine.

If you choose a new clinician, we will gladly transfer your medical records to the provider you designate.
